Letting out a high pitched shriek before running off with his hands behind his back like a Super Saiyan, Betoota Heights boy, Ben Hammond [5] has officially reached ‘that phase.’

The ‘looks and acts like he chews on sheet metal’ phase, which is also known as the ‘is he energetic or does he have ADHD?’ phase.

Only slightly easier to deal with than the toddler phase due to the fact that Ben can be palmed off to preschool for several hours a day, it’s nonetheless, still very exhausting – as his aunt Kelly has learned after not seeing the tyke for a whole year.

Visiting from Sydney, Kelly was shocked to discover that not only had Ben doubled in size and appeared to have lost half his teeth, but he was also very, very fast.

“AUNT KELLY!”

“AUNT KELLY WATCH ME!”

“WATCH MEEE!”, Ben shouted, before performing a very abysmal cartwheel.

“REEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!” [Demonic squealing pig noise]

“REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”

More to come.
