The delinquent son of a wealthy Betoota pub baron family has today called his parents bluff yet again as they threaten to pull him out of his $65k a year boarding school and send him to Betoota High.
“Christ-all-bloody-mighty, Harry!” Roared Mr Holdsworth, droplets of spit flying out his mouth and spraying his delinquent son.
“I don’t know why we fuckin’ bother, look at the stress it causes your mother!”
“You know what, that’s it! I’m calling the fuckin’ principal of Betoota High and you’ll finish the rest of your schooling days there. I’ll even fuckin’ pay the bastards!”
Despite just being on the receiving end of one of the most terrifying tirades of all time, Harry seemed to be quite smug when he caught up with our reporters later that day.
“Well, they’ve spent my whole life telling me how important a good education is”
“So, if there was an option for a good education in Betoota, don’t you reckon they’d have sent me there first?”
“Instead of dropping $65k on school fees a year?”
“They’re just all talk.”
While Harry’s arrogance is painful, it appears he was right with neither of his parents ever calling the enrolments office at Betoota High.
