Tennis star Nick Kyrgios has withdrawn from the Australian Open after a heated exchange with his own knee this afternoon in Melbourne.

Despite being on good terms for a number of years, it’s said the Canberran’s joint decided enough was enough after the special warm-up practice with Novak Djokovic a few days ago.

It has become apparent that the relationship has deteriorated in the last few hours.

After an argument between Kyng has his own knee, it’s reported that the knee decided to part ways with the 27-year-old great.

In a short statement to the media, the Kyng’s management said they’d begin looking for a new knee and set their sights on tournaments later in the year.

More to come.
