In some breaking news in entertainment, Aussie actress Margot Robbie has lashed out at director Greta Gerwig, with claims that the Little Women director has caused her ‘irreversible injuries’ on the set of the Barbie movie, which has quickly cast a dark cloud on the release of the extended trailer and new promo shots, revealing an all star cast including Dua Lipa, Michael Cera and Helen Mirren.

In an exclusive interview with The Advocate, Robbie reveals that she’s actually had to halt all movie projects for the ‘next several months’ as she now requires extensive physiotherapy – a result of going a little too overboard with her method acting.

“My legs are fucked”, says Robbie, comfortable enough to go full Goldie on us, “like proper FUCKED.”

Stating that she often consulted with toddlers on set to get an idea of how to play her character, Robbie admits she ended up taking quite the battering.

“It was actually torture, like something you’d read about Stanley Kubrick forcing his actors to do.”

“I really went through it. They chopped off my hair, chewed on my feet.”

“Bent my legs in all weird directions.”

“Even threw me in the bath with all the other Barbies.”

“It was hell.”

Robbie says though she has no plans to sue, she will be taking more consideration with her choice of movie projects in the future.

More to come.
