Grahame Wood has finally broken through today.
After 5 weeks of being unable to share personal and business anecdotes from his incredible life experience, he has finally managed to enter the online class being held by Betoota University.
The 52-year-old accountant come Juris Doctor, or law student as the ‘layman’ might know it, said it’s been a really frustrating few weeks since classes moved online.
“Honestly, every week I couldn’t friggen get into the system. Thanks to the fact that we are a regional area we never got any decent internet in the house, and they’ve made it all so hard to get into in terms of the university platform,” he said.
“It’s almost like the tutors and lecturers didn’t want me to get in.”
“But, I’m here now, and I’m already making the most of the online class environment,” he explained about the 13 contributions he made to his Torts class this morning.
“It is a bit annoying, after my story about my kids and the falling off the swing at the park point, it wouldn’t let me speak anymore, so I’ll have to try and figure out what’s going on there.”
Wood then said he’s not a fan of the online learning environment, but he’s going to see it through.
“I’m not like a lot of these fresh-faced youngins, I’m willing to put in work.”
