Lovers of early morning TV have been waiting in anticipation to find out who will be the next co-host to sit aside David ‘Kochie’ Koch on Channel 7’s Sunrise.

Well they now need to wait no longer, because the network has announced Koschie’s co-host will be none-other than a two-foot-tall carbon copy of himself, lovingly titled Mini-Kochie.

Standing at less than a third the size of the regular Kochie we all know and loathe, Mini-Koch is said to pack all the charisma, humour and practical advice for women as the iconic TV host he was cloned from.

“Mini-Koch though will really be able to bring some diversity to the cast without freaking out our viewers too much,” stated the Channel 7 executive who claims to be the one who had the idea to send one of Kochie’s discarded foot-growths to a stem cell research centre.

“Don’t let his size fool you. He is going to go so hard on Pauline Hanson that our viewers will continue to feel sympathy for her.”

At the time of writing, plans for Mini-Koch’s on-air debut have leaked, featuring choreographed dance moves wherein Mini-Koch runs between the legs of big-Koch while lip syncing to “Let’s Call The Whole Thing Off.”
