The luckiest person in Australia is today contemplating what to do with her new found fortune.

Australia's newest Powerball Winner has apparently decided to head up to Brisbane as her first order of business, after nailing the 100 mil last night.

The Northern Rivers woman apparently became one of the richest lotto winners in Aussie history overnight, in a move that has obviously generated plenty of articles and news stories.

Speaking exclusively to The Advocate, the winner explained that she's keen to park up at Howard Smith Wharves in lower Fortitude Valley, and enjoy a guilt free session with a few mates.

"Yep, I'm going hog wild," she laughed to The Advocate.

"Just gonna order the bar."

"Pints, few cocktails, whatever the hell I feel like."

"And enjoy the sunshine on the banks of the mighty Brisbane River."
