A 3rd generation Italian man has today revealed to The Advocate one of his major concerns for our country.
Josh De-Ruggari explained that Australia is sick at the moment, and the major cause of that illness is unchecked migration.
"It's pretty much the cause of all our ills," said De-Ruggari, whose family comes from a country who has a habit of pointing to certain groups of people as the main cause of its issues.
"Obviously there's all the stuff with housing, but also a lot of new migrants just don't want to assimilate into Australian culture," said the grandson of a Nonno and Nonna who barely spick a lick of English, live in an ethnic enclave, only hang out with their extended family or in Church/Ethnic cafe down the road, and have operated on the cash economy for nearly 6 decades.
Those comments come on top of Nonno bringing all of his home countries religious prejudices to Australia, and spending his entire life ridiculing the intellect and work ethic of the every day Aussies that welcomed him.
"Yeah look my Nonno worked hard his whole life mate, unlike the lazy skips haha," he laughed as if new migrants aren't coming here and working way harder than his soft little office chair hands.
"And he was proud of his heritage," he continued about Nonno who called the skips 'godless bogans with their promiscuous women.'
"And yeah he didn't trust the the 'bloody banca and the taxaman' but do you," finished the man who has had 2 ED trips this year, went to a heavily subsidised catholic college, and catches the nice new train line to his work.
"But yeah, he came and embraced the Aussie way of life other than that, and that's what made this country beautiful."
