A local Betoota woman in the Maccas drive through was subject to public fast food shaming yesterday, after a 14 year old told her to go wait in the waiting bay.
33 year old, Stacy Harrington woke up Saturday morning incredibly hungover with only one thing on her mind: maccas breakfast.
After putting the closest hoodie on, Stacy stumbled out to her car in mostly pajamas, with makeup from the night before very much still on.
Stacy of course, went through the drive through to not risk seeing anyone she might know at 9:45am on a Saturday morning. However, after getting to the second window, 14 year old McDonalds worker, Gabrielle Adams, told Stacy she’ll have to drive to the waiting bay.
With a bit of a grunt, Stacy pulled up to the waiting bays where another customer was waiting for their greasy breaky.
“I looked to my right and there was this guy with his shirt off, sunnies on, clearly in a similar position to myself except didn’t have the brain capacity to put more clothes on” Stacy told the Advocate.
“At least we were in it together.”
Stacy tried to duck down as passers by looked at her in disgust.
“I could just feel their judgement as I was waiting for my mighty McMuffin meal with an extra hashbrown.”
“Like oh I’m sorry I couldn’t walk into the restaurant and order because I’m a lazy disgusting piece of shit!”
After what felt like a billion minutes to Stacy, worker Gabrielle came out with her high vis vest on to deliver Stacy’s meal.
Stacy took the meal and sped off to go eat it at home while watching Big Little Lies for the 3rd time.
“I know that worker probably walked back inside and laughed at me to all her friends” Stacy said.
Fortunately, Gabrielle couldn’t give less of a shit.
“We’re kinda like gynecologists, we’ve seen it all so we’re not judging anyone!”
