Victorian One Nation Leader Concedes That 15 Minute Cities Are Helpful If You Lose Your License

Victorian One Nation leader Warren Pickering has recently made a rather large concession.

After admitting to a history of drug taking and drink driving infringements, Pickering how has now revealed something much more horrifying to his base and confirmed that he actually is a fan of 15 Minute Cities.  

After initially denying the claims made by his ex partner that were published in The Australian, Pickering eventually revealed that he had previously used marijuana, speed and ecstasy.

The tough on crime party has entered damage control attempting to rebrand Pickering's history as a redemption, underdog, come back story. 

A Victorian Betoota reporter sat down with Mr Pickering after assuring him several times he was not a part of the ABC cabal. 

“Bit of a slip up this one but you have to admit, this humanises me,” he said.

“Whilst I’m rewriting history I’d like to just walk back my comments about 15 minute cities”

“I once believed that the globalist scum at the United Nations were attempting to control us and limit our movement through digital ID’s.”

“But I will admit after losing my license for the third time, I took solace in the tight knit suburban space, easy access to public transport and close proximity to essential services that good urban planning provides,” he said proudly. 

When Mr Pickering was pushed about the slight hypocrisy of wanting to deport people for committing crimes whilst simultaneously having been committing crimes, Pickering snapped.

“You sound like the looney lefties at the ABC mate, I’ll have you know the good people of Pakenham will probably get around this stuff”

“Do you seriously think those city greenies could pass a drug test?” he asked with genuine curiosity.
