A young man from Betoota Heights is today acting well above his age.

18 month old toddler Jaxon Hills is doing so by rolling out for a stroll in the pram with a snorkel that looks like it's seen a few too many winters.

Despite never having consumed an alcoholic beverage in his life, Jaxon is currently sporting the face of a 60 year old bar fly who's spent too many winters on a stool.

This comes after young Jaxon picked up the rather pleasant Hand Foot and Mouth virus at his local petri-dish (daycare).

Experiencing his first run of the viral contagious illness, Jaxon has been some what off his current predicament.

"Yeah, it's been a rough couple of days," sighed Jaxon's mum, Pheobe.

"Poor little man just screaming for a couple of nights there," continued Pheobe in regards to the illness that covers the hand feet mouth bum and pretty much everything else with blisters and rash.

"But I think we are now out the other side."

"We've just got a little fella who looks like he's burst the blood vessels in his cheeks from consuming alcohol year on year on year."

"But I've seen a few little faces around that all look the same," she laughed in regards to the illness that has been spread like wildfire.

"Let's hope we are done with it for the year..."

More to come.
