The newest AFL team are making a splash this week, it can be confirmed.
Fresh off the back of unveiling the inaugural coach of the historic southern expansion team, the big wigs in Tassie have dropped another BOMBSHELL announcement.
The club has revealed that any and every single member of the team's first season list will be guaranteed a lifetime supply of scallop pies.
"Mornay, Curry, Limited edition bakery experiments," said the CEO of the new club Brendan Gale.
"Whatever the hell kind of scallop pie they want, it's all theirs."
The lifetime offer will apparently be redeemable at a number of venues currently including (but allegedly not limited to):
Jackman & McRoss
Richmond Bakery
Blue Edge Bakery
Speaking on the matter, new coach Ken Hinkley said it's 'certainly a unique drawcard.'
"Yeah, can't see any other clubs being able to match that," said Hinkley, who has thrown some public bait out to the likes of Zak Butters and the Daicos boys this week.
"We are working with the Moo Brew guys on locking something away there too."
"But between that and the other unique money can buy experiences down here in Tassie, it's quite the drawcard for anyone who wants to come and make history."
"Apart from any of those Hawks boys," said Hinkley who had a famous run in with the club a couple of years ago.
"They can fly in and fly out in brown and gold."
"Fuck those guys."
More to come.
