Report: Just Make It Stop

A report into rising fuel costs in Australia has concluded that the majority of people just want it to stop.

What it is, remains uncertainly but sources close to the report say it's the general sense of helplessness that many people feel these days.

This sense of existential dread is better seen at society's great litmus test, the petrol bowser. Speaking to The Advocate a short time ago, local man Peter Khunt said he's had a gutful of high fuel prices and has since become fed up with it. "It's an outage," he said. "Can't do aything these days except go to work and pay bills! Just make it stop, Albo."
