Pauline Hanson Launches Fundraising Drive To Take The Pressure Off Our Billionaire Mining Oligarchs

Pauline Hanson has this week taken the next serious step towards becoming the Prime Minister of Australia.

On top of revealing a campaign to 'Fire The Liar' - which may or may not come directly from the playbook given to Hanson and her very wealthy mining magnate mate at meetings with the Trump administration - Hanson has kicked off a broader fundraising drive.

She has boasted about the success of a fundraising blitz, with One Nation having raised more than $1.5 million in donations.

It's yet to be explained exactly how the funds raised will 'Fire the Liar' and install a new prime minister, but the The Advocate has been asked to not let silly things like facts get in the way of a good story.

The move has also raised some questions about whether Pauline and One Nation really need to raise money from the people, given she gets gifted private jets by Australia's richest woman.

However, rather surprisingly, Hanson says the fundraising is necessary to alleviate the strain placed on Australia's billionaires.

"This is about ordinary people taking power," explained Hanson, who is receiving funds from ordinary people to push the agendas of Australia's most wealthy and powerful.

"And taking the pressure of some of Australia's most generous people like Gina Rinehart, who should be able to just give more money to our elite swimmers instead of paying tax."

"So look out Australia, we are coming for the top job," continued Pauline, who has raised the same amount as one major party long lunch function in Hurtsville or Ryde.

More to come.
