One Nation To Let Struggling Australians Access Super Early, Kids To Be Allowed Ice Cream For Breakfast

The party demanding to be in charge of the country after the next election, has once again offered up some concrete proof that they are ready for the job.

Pauline Hanson, the leader of One Nation and now the nation's defacto Opposition Leader, has called for Australians to be able to access their super early.

Speaking to friendly media organisations that aren't in the business of asking tough questions, Hanson revealed she doesn't have a plan and hasn't costed anything up or drafted any policy - but Aussies should be able to access their super whenever they feel like it.

She's also revealed that she believes Aussie kids should be able to eat ice cream for breakfast.

"Like the glory days of Australia," she said referencing a time when a kid might get one soft drink a year and the safety net of a pension was actually adequate that super wasn't as required.

Her uncosted undrafted thought bubbles have been backed up by Barnaby who says people struggling to pay bills and buy food should be able to access their super.

Of course no one has asked whether they have any policies to address why people can't pay bills or buy food - other than stopping brown people from coming into the country.

The disguised attack on super follows the Liberal party's claims last week that it is a failed system.

In a broad address followed up by interviews, the party revealed that they are open to scrapping super - insisting that super doesn't really take much pressure off the budget.

Understandably, both parties are pushing the narrative after business groups and high net worth individuals have decided scrapping super would allow for a 'real pay rise' for workers without costing employers anything - suppressing real wage growth for a significant period of time.

The move would of course destroy the retirement nest egg for the majority of the country in a move allowing them to enjoy a brief sugar hit now.

More to come.
