As the cold weather begins to bite, the nation's media class are finally deciding they might have a crack at doing so too.

After a fun 6 months of gassing One Nation up and refusing to ask more than one difficult question of the party a month, NewsCorp, Nine and Seven all seem to be changing their tune.

Perhaps driven by the realisation that the Coalition may be wiped out, and a volatile Pauline and Barnaby don't care much for answering to them, the media has decided to turn the screws a little bit.

Starting with presenters at Nine asking about what the fuck it is that Pauline gets up to in all of her time away from parliament, the Australian newspaper have also started digging the boot into the Orange wave.

The change of pace has gathered so much force now, that even Andrew Bolt has decided to put a tiny bit of blast on the rising political force.

That saw Barnaby quizzed on the incredibly well thought out idea to kick people out of their homes, if they aren't Aussie citizens.

That saw him initially claiming that permanent residents would be be forced to sell, which would be an incredibly popular move with all of the white migrants from places like the United Kingdom.

He then realised how much sense that made, before calling the program back up to say permanent residents would be sweet, but temporary residents and foreign citizens would be forced to sell.

The hare brained policy has then been bounced around in multiple media interviews today, with Pauline and her team seemingly working out what they reckon on the go.

As the weekend arrives, there seems to be little clarity on what exactly the plan is, and how they would hope to enforce it, should they become the government of the country which they believe is happening.

More to come.
