Local Girl Risks A Week Of Head Noise For Her Boyfriend By Making Another Short King Joke

A local Betoota couple is seriously on the rocks this week after the girlfriend completely misjudged her partner’s ability to take a “short king” joke.

Law student, Georgia Saunders and her boyfriend, Connor Green were discussing their physical types, a conversation they have had numerous times, when the incident took place.

Connor aced his answer, practically describing Georgia to a tee. When it was Georgia’s turn, she took a breath in and confidently said “short kings.”

“He basically was setting me up for the joke, no normal person was going to give a sincere answer” Georgia told our reporter.

“Like yeah his answer was really sweet but it was so obvious I was joking, like that’s a joke the whole family can enjoy!”

Georgia’s response was met with a small fake laugh from Connor and then a complete avoidance of eye contact.

Rather than start describing her actual type as tall, dark and handsome as Connor believes he is, Georgia decided to double down on the small man joke.

“Okay all I said was that it’s fine to be a short king cause Tom Holland is hot as fuck.”

Rather than making Connor feel better about being the average height of 5’9, Georgia made Connor go into a week-long spiral of feeling like he’ll never be enough.

“I know it was a joke or whatever but it’s actually just not funny, to be honest I don’t even care that she said it like I genuinely don’t give a shit, like I wouldn’t want to be any taller than I am right now like that would be really annoying, being tall, so yeah I don’t care basically” Connor told our reporter while scuffing his shoes into the ground.

“I’m 5’9 by the way, that’s genuinely not short at all” he added.
