Instagram Kindly Notifies You Lunatic From High School Is Going 'Live' On The Off Chance You Want To Join

A woman in Betoota’s French Quarter has been sent a rather considerate notification from Instagram today regarding a random guy she went to high school with and his livestream. 

Alex Pimms (29) had been anticipating a text back from a special someone when her phone buzzed. 

Rushing to answer, she ran to the phone and waited as it analysed her face for a moment before letting her in. 

Unfortunately, the notification was not from the McDreamy lookalike she went on a date with last week. 

In fact, it wasn’t even from Duolingo. 

Instagram just wanted to let Alex know that Dustin Higgins, fellow alumnus of Betoota Ponds Memorial High Class of 2014, was going live on instagram. 

“Fwarrkkk. Dusty Higgins. That’s a blast from the past,” said Alex as she stared at the notification. 

“Should I? No. That’s weird,” she continued, feeling a random rush of temptation to see what the young man was up to

“Or, it could be alright. He’d probably appreciate it. Yeah actually, Dusty so would. I’ll say hey, why not.”

Alex bravely clicked the banner on her screen. 

She was immediately taken to the livestream which appeared to be of a tiled lounge room floor - though Alex struggled to make it out through the four pixel definition. 

3 other viewers watched on. 

“Oh ohhhh. Alexxxx. What’s up girl,” said Dusty as she joined.  

“Ayyyyeeee Memorial High represent what’s good class of 2k14 chicka chicka wow wowwwww.”

Alex immediately hit the X in the corner. 

A sombre mood has reportedly taken hold of her afternoon.
