Australia's most recognisable television presenter, Karl Stefanovic will leave the Nine Network “immediately” after negotiations to end his multimillion dollar contract concluded overnight.
This comes after both Stefanovic and Nine the fallout from a disastrous podcast interview with a notorious British person who espouses the type of political rhetoric that our grandfathers were sent to fight against in North Africa and Italy in the 1940s.
“(Now is) the right time for Karl to move on from the Today show and Nine” the higher ups at Network Nine have reportedly told staff this morning.
Stefanovic has also addressed his departure from the Nine network in a video shared with his new online fanbase earlier this morning.
The 52-year-old veteran of Aussie TV says is now “free, truly independent” to pursue his podcast series, after spending far too long being muzzled by the globalist elites that forced him to wake up at 3am every morning to provide the nation with weather updates and light interviews with musicians and sports stars in the breakfast TV format.
It is not known if Stefanovic had received clearance from the network to begin his pivot into the completely unregulated wild west of social media content, or if he was in fact encouraged to prepare for a life outside of TV.
What is known is that his new pivot into social media content has benefited greatly from the name recognition and trust that Karl Stefanovic carries from his three decade career as a member of the Today Show.
However, the truth was always going to have to be set free at some point, and Stefanovic could no longer allow himself to be a mouthpiece for 'the agenda' - even after Network Nine took him back after several sporadic hiatuses.
But still, he's going to miss the place, and all of the wonderful people that worked tirelessly to help make Karl Stefanovic a household name, before the exciting allure of extremist social media algorithms tore him away from them.
As he packs up a cardboard box and vacates Nine Studios in North Sydney for the last time today, Green Day's iconic farewell ballad 'Time Of Your Life' plays in the background. Karl can't help but shed a tear.
He may finally be free from the shackles of state censorship, but that doesn't mean he won't miss these treasonous puppets of the global illuminati.
