A relatively well likely local sneakerhead has today informed his significant other that he’s got a busy couple of weeks coming up.
The long suffering South Betoota Rec Tuesday Night Basketball Comp stalwart has confirmed that his availabilities have shrunk quite a bit for the foreseeable future, after the release of the new NBA 2K27.
“Yeah, I’m postponing spring for a couple of weeks,” laughed Dale Stimson, the middle class corporate man who is aware of the speed at which the silly season will descend upon him and his partner.
“It’s been a big few weeks, including a weekend away with the in-laws, and we have heaps of shit coming up.”
“So while I’ve got a bit of clear air I’ll be firing up the NBA 2K27 and chasing greatness around the clock.”
“Ball over everything.”
The committed Bulls fan said it will be nice to fire up a bit of career mode and restore the city of Chicago to greatness.
“Might bring Ben 10 and Patty to the Windy City alongside Gids and see if we can win a ring with an Aussie core,” he continued.
“Which Soph (his better half) will surely appreciate,” he laughed.
“And then by the time I’ve won a chip, the season will be close to tip off.”
“There’s a whole lotta stuff going on and life gets fast on ya - so I’m gonna enjoy the little pleasures in life.”
More to come.
