The unsuccessful right-wing presidential candidate in Sunday's Brazilian election, Flavio Bolsonaro, has fled Brazil for the United States.

This comes despite a court order banning him from exiting the country due to the fact that he is under investigation for extreme levels of alleged corruption and money laundering.

The son of the (also jailed) ex-leader Jair Bolsonaro - the 45-year-old lost the presidential election to the incumbent left-wing candidate Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

He initially refused to concede defeat, and now that his exit from the country has been perfectly executed, it's clear to see what he was doing in the hours after the ballots had been counted.

With 48 million Brazilians still turning out to vote for him, it is now clear that the junior Bolsonaro's entire political motivation was to pardon himself and his father of the many criminal charges laid against them. Unfortunately, 51 million voters turned out to support his opponent.

With this election loss, Flavio Bolsonaro is also set to lose parliamentary immunity from these same crimes that the victorious Da Silva government will take great pleasure publicly investigating, prosecuting and punishing.

CNN and the Washington Post have both since reported that the ousted Senator arrived in the United States overnight. Trump's State Department have since confirmed it would issue visas to Bolsonaro and his family because they like the cut of his jib.

Meanwhile, Brazillian authorities have confirmed that "there is no formal record of Flavio Bolsonaro leaving the country" - this means only one thing: The failed Presidential candidate has forged his own version of the ''Nazi ratlines'

As has been well documented in both history books and exciting crime novels, the Nazi Ratlines were a series of secret escape networks used after World War II by former SS members to flee Europe and avoid prosecution for their war crimes and flee to Brazil and Argentina.

Only this time, Bolsonaro has followed the ratlines in reverse - and instead of arriving in Brazil under a false identity, he is instead fleeing to find asylum in a crumbling fascist dictatorship.

It is not yet known if the Catholic Church also helped the Bolsonaro family flee prosecution, like they did the Nazis.
