A part time podcaster and Australian crypto trader has reassured his followers that Dubai is totally fine as long as you don't look outside or check your phone.

As hostilities in Persian gulf recommence and US allies are being struck on a regular basis, Brayden Hurley (33) remains confident of his decision to leave Australia for the Middle Eastern tax haven.

"This is still the best decision I have made," he stated.

"Even though the apartment I bought has halved in value and most westerners are fleeing en masse , I would still recommend the move to any young entrepreneurs looking to level up!" Brayden said on an Instagram livestream to his followers before quickly turning it off and avoiding any news related content in his feed.

The former Gold Coast resident explained that life remains almost completely unchanged provided he limits himself to the gym, his apartment, the co-working space and restaurants within walking distance.

"I've muted every news account, turned emergency alerts off and stopped calling Mum because she keeps asking if I'm safe," he said.

"Honestly, it's been great for my mental health."

Brayden also dismissed critics pointing to evacuation flights and insurance premiums, insisting those were "just distractions from the grindset".

While governments continued issuing travel warnings and airlines quietly reduced services to the region, thousands of aspiring finance influencers remained convinced that Dubai is still the land of plenty.
