A blowhole enjoyer has failed to be impressed by one of Tasmania's premier examples this week, telling friends he thought it was 'pathetic'.
Speaking to The Advocate outside the Long Boat Tavern this afternoon, Kiama native Coyne Schlott said he was "somewhat eager" to see the Bicheno Blowhole in action after growing up with such a stunning example on his doorstep.
The conversation began after Schlott revealed himself as a South Coast man, to which our reporter asked why they returned disgraced politician Gareth Ward to power repeatedly, even after the allegations surfaced.
"I didn't vote for Casper the Unfriendly Ghost, never have and never will. Obviously. He's not coming back any time soon."
He then went on to detail how the Kiama Blowhole can shoot bits of the Tasman Sea up to 30m in the air.
"This piece of shit in Bicheno could barely muster 2 or 3 when I was watching it," he added.
"Pathetic. But I tell you what isn't pathetic, Boag's off the wood in Tassie. It fucking kills me you can't get this shit on the mainland. I'd even settle for a Cascade. That's the most pathetic thing."
More to come.
