New Mum Who Carried Baby For 9 Months Settles On ‘Fergus’

The word is out amongst millenials and having kids is officially cool, provided you give them a kind of daggy, old world name.

New mum Bernadette Silk (29) states that pregnancy was just as challenging as she’d been told.

After the incredibly long and tough process, it perhaps makes sense that Silk would want to slap a grotesque label on the fruits of her labour by naming her new bubba ‘Fergus’.

“He just looks like a Fergus,” stated Silk, perhaps knowingly roasting her new baby.

“We just couldn’t wait to meet him and now we have and his name is Fergus.”

“And the birth certificate has already been processed, so yeah Fergus it is.”

According to Silk, all the challenges, vomiting, cravings, and having to wear thongs for shoes, were worth it to bring another Fergus into the world.

“We’ll probably call him Gus affectionately and maybe just Fergus when he gets in trouble.”

“I’ll be yelling that down the hallway; Fergus Jimmy Recard Silk, get here now!”
