A man that has refused to succumb to paying multiple streaming platforms in order to watch his favourite soccer teams has become quite the expert on both Jordanian Sports media and Zulu Language South African television.
31 year old Julian Harper still defends his decision to watch most of his soccer on pirated streams.
"If I didn't have to pay for the 3 different streaming services to watch the EPL, Champions League and the FA cup I might actually consider paying, but there's no chance I'm letting them do me like that" he explained.
Instead, Julian as relied largely on illegal streams from the Kingdom Of Jordan and other obscure nations.
"123FootyStramz247 is my go to site, it took a while to get used to Arabic commentary but at this point I don't even hear it"
"Mufeed Hassouneh has some really insightful soccer takes, judging from his energy," said Julian.
The Sydney office worker now claims he can identify which Arabic speaking nation the broadcast is coming from purely by the shape of the desk and the colour of the on-screen score graphic.
He also believes Jordan TV Sport’s halftime analysis has a lot more passion than anything on Optus.
"Football is a universal language” he added, while refreshing a pop-up-heavy page that was offering him free iphones and single women in his area.
