A local man of the spreadsheets has today decided to make a major pivot.
Josh DeMiller (29) of Betoota Grove has made the big call to change lanes from his business analyst job with some firm in Betoota Old City District.
DeMiller said he is now dreaming of helping a giant global firm raise debt capital by syndicating loans and underwriting bonds.
However, while there are plenty of local private equity firms that might be interested in his services, DeMiller said he only wants a job at one company.
JP Morgan.
And he doesn't want a job in the Australian operations of the company, he wants to go to the Big Apple.
When pressed on why exactly he wants to change jobs and head to New York at a time of uncertainty, DeMiller laughed.
"Sometimes you just gotta go FULL CANNON at life, if you know what I mean," said the local finance Bro.
"Get life to give you a BJ."
"Treat every day like it's your mother fucking birthday."
"So that's why I've applied to for the role."
"Wish me luck."
