In some welcome news for avid and bandwagon World Cup fans alike, the social media content train keeps on chugging into the final week of the tournament.
With cult hero Erling Haalnd bowing out of the World Cup a few days ago, a new social superstar has thankfully emerged.
That superstar is young Keyne Yamal, the 3 and half year old brother of Spanish footballing superstar, Lamine Yamal.
Enjoying the journey with his big bro at the World Cup, the young fella has been lighting up faces across stadiums and the globe with his energy and vibes.
From going crazy with the Vamos when his brother gets rolling, to over the top exaggerated exasperations when his bro narrowly misses a goal or gets one disallowed - young Keyne is carrying weary fans towards the World Cup's finale.
"Yeah, I love him," explained one local Betoota woman enjoying a dangerously late afternoon matcha at the cafe underneath the Betoota Advocate's Daroo Street Newsroom.
"I enjoyed the Viking Odyssey of that quirky Norwegian," said the relatively fair-weather footballing fan.
"And I was pretty said when England kicked his team out of the tournament."
"But young Keyne warms my soul."
"Even the videos of him and Lamine mucking around at their accomodation get me."
"He's the best."
"I hope they beat whoever wins the Falklands battle tomorrow and then he goes CRAZY on the big screen."
More to come.
