Caoimhe McCarthy (28) has gone head to head with Luke Greenwood (22) this afternoon in a battle of the riches. 

Coogee resident Caoimhe finished work to celebrate the arrival of Guinness weather with colleagues Niamh, Saiorse, and Ciara at a pub just off Bondi Road. 

Only moments later, Luke entered with his boys in tow. 

Catching sight of the young ladies with exotic accents, he strutted over to offer a round on him. 

“No thanks,” said Caoimhe.

Dejected, Luke quickly reached for his phone to show Caoimhe his recent Instagram analytics and $1500 payout from yesterday's dropshipping job, though the girls were hardly impressed.

Luke hastily began scrolling through his banking app notifications to find a sum that would prove his status, but to no avail. 

He was instead offered career advice from the older women. 

“Why are you even bothering with that shite like,” said Niamh. 

“Just seems like a lot of effort for not that much cash yeah. And we won't be losing our jobs to AI,” said Saiorse, who is months away from finishing her three year working holiday visa. 

The young man soon returned to his nearby table, hoping his mates hadn't overheard.
