Girl Who Still Hasn’t Paid For Last Month's Hens Party Starts Posting From Europe

A local girl is seething today after spotting someone who owes her money posting from Europe, it can be reported.

Stationed at her office desk, a few hours into an incredibly boring day as an outdoor media buyer, 29 year old Emma Harrison is allegedly holding back her desire to throw her laptop out the window.

After skimming over a few particularly painful emails, it’s believed Emma decided she’d indulge in a brief mindless scroll before joining the next zoom call in her calendar.

But after firing up Instagram and flicking through a few stories, Emma spotted a friend of a friend, Harriet Wilson (29), hard launch a Euro trip with a picture of a stunning beach that she geotagged “Polignano, Puglia”.

The news comes as a stab in the back for Emma, given Harriet is the last person on her list to square up a $520 debt for a Hens party they both attended only a month ago.

“How dare she!” Emma mumbled, as she continued to flick through Harriet’s stories taking in each upload as if it was a knife to the heart.

“I messaged the chat pre-hens, post-hens and even sent her a personal DM last week, and that mole left me on read…”

The story feels increasingly familiar for a number of metropolitan Aussies, who are currently going through the tough months of the year where the most annoying people they know start posting from Europe, mainly thanks to their parent’s money.

“She was such a headache on that hens too, she was the one who demanded everyone have separate bedrooms at the Meriton apartment, but asked me to put my card down on the booking.”

“If she thinks I’m not afraid to publicly @ her in the group chat she’s got another thing coming, I’m not afraid of copping a few stank faces from her at the wedding…”

More to come.
