Yoga Enthusiast Somehow Manages To Refrain From Doing Shit Pose In Every Holiday Photo

Sammy Leech, a local yoga enthusiast holidaying in Bali, has bucked yogi protocol today after she made it through her entire 8-day retreat without uploading a single photo of herself in some lame yoga pose.

According to Sammy, she was close to uploading photos a number of times, but refrained for fear of being judged by her non-yogi friends.

“I know I shouldn’t care about what people think, but they’re kinda right,” she said.

“Uploading photos doing a yoga pose in a public location is so cringe.”

“Like, why would I be doing Upward Bow Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) at a busy marketplace?”

“I’m really glad I didn’t do it.”

Since the rise of Instagram, yogis across the globe have found it near impossible to go anywhere without feeling compelled to do a yoga pose in a public location, not only inconveniencing those around them, but also the people who have to scroll past the image in their feed.

Despite being applauded for not uploading a shit yoga photo, Sammy did still succumb to other basic stereotypes in Bali by uploading multiple photos of herself laying on a day bed pretending not to be aware that a photo was being taken, but actually being 100 per cent aware that the photo was being taken.

More to come.
