Woman With Period Cramps Finds Herself Squeezing Tummy Like A Tomato Sauce Bottle

A woman dealing with a particularly bad case of the cramps has found herself squeezing her lower stomach in frustration today, as she desperately tries to alleviate some of her period pain by forcibly evacuating her uterine lining herself, it’s reported.

Jess Holland, 28, was spotted hunched over in her apartment, repeatedly pressing and massaging her lower abdomen in a desperate attempt to “speed things along” after two days of horrific cramps.

Speaking candidly to our reporter, Jess says she knows it sounds kind of psychotic, but she swears it actually works – especially if she visualises herself a Heinz tomato sauce bottle.“I don’t know if it’s all in my head, but sometimes if I push in just the right way, I can feel things move.”

“Like getting that last bit out of a Goghurt.”
