A Vietnamese-Australian lady who has owned and operated a Vietnamese bakery called "Best Hot Bread 192" for the past 38 years has somehow broken the laws of time and space.

The incident occurred earlier today when Scott McBrian (34), a local tradie, made his way into the establishment to pick up some lunch.

"I'm still shaking from what just happened," said a still stunned Scott.

"Before I even had time to choose between a BBQ pork roll or a pork crackling roll, she was handing me exactly when I wanted..."

"...before I even knew what I wanted," he explained.

Scott is not the first to be shocked by the speed and efficiency of 78 year old Trần Thị Lan, who has spent every day of the past 38 years making banh mi's with flawless effiencey.

Lan's banh mi making speed has even begun drawing the attention of the global scientific community.

"We believe that understanding Trần Thị Lan is the final piece of the puzzle to cracking how time travel could be possible," explained Hans Schmeichel (59) a leading scientist from CERN in Geneva.

"She is still unable to explain to us how she achieved such powers for fast Banh Mi making."

Despite the attention, Lan has remained focused on her work, continuing to assemble rolls at a pace that can decimate a queue of 20 patrons within minutes.
