After nearly a year criticism from conservative Australian media commentators for failing get a meeting with President Trump, it seems that Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s first face-to-face at the White House couldn’t have gone better.

From Tony Abbott to Malcolm Turnbull, senior political figures from both sides of the aisle have praised Albanese for his ability to navigate the unpredictability and volatility of the American President.

The icing on the cake of this warm and friendly diplomatic encounter was the signing of a landmark $8.5 billion dollar critical minerals deal, which will position Australia to reap the benefits of what many are predicting could very well be a second Mining Boom.

However, none of this could be achieved without somebody at the meeting taking a few body blows from the US President.

Enter former Australian PM turned Australian ambassador to the US, Kevin Rudd – who was outed by Murdoch journalists as a former critic of Donald Trump.

Trump claimed not to even know who Rudd was, and asked the 69-year-old – who was sitting on the opposite sit of the table – if he had said anything bad about him.

“Before I took this position, Mr President,” Rudd replied.

Trump then proceeded to say, “I don’t like you either, and I probably never will”, which prompted laughter from the room full of journalists and diplomats.

As a patriot, it seems Kevin Rudd was willing to play the punching bag to help Australia cement a strong relationship with United States.

However, as a man – and more specifically a Queenslander – Kevin Rudd will never forget or forgive President Trump for humiliating him on the world stage.

And as countless political opponents of the Mandarin-speaking Eumundi boy will attest, Kevin Rudd will not rest until he has his vengeance.

While Albanese is able to fly home to Australia with good news, The Ambassador will stay in Washington, meticulously planning his spiteful plot to bring down the man that slighted him in the White House this week. This is Kevin27.

Off-camera, offline and off-grid. Kevin is back doing what he does best. The numbers.

A spill is coming. And nobody will see it taking shape. The Kevolution will not be televised.
