Expert Industrial designers and packaging engineers have collectively agreed that Australia is about 30 years ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to tomato sauce packaging.

“they are truly the pioneers of condiment dispensaries, truly impressive stuff” explained Hans Schrutiger (58) a leading engineer from Germany.

“I scratch my head everyday trying to understand how the Australians were able to create such a simple, effective, and frankly visionary tomato sauce packaging” admitted Zhang Yong (62) and Industrial designer from the Tsinghua University in Beijing.

The squeeze-on sauce packet, which Australian’s have taken for granted their entire lives, continues to amaze the rest of the world, who are still struggling with those messy tear-off ketchup sachets.

“Wait, this is just an Australian thing?” Said Sandra Mullen (32) while accurately, cleanly and effortlessly applying tomato sauce to her fish and chips.

“For a long time us Aussies have viewed ourselves as somewhat of a technological backwater compared to countries like the US, China and Japan, but many of them don’t know that when it comes to on-the-go, tomato sauce dispensary, we’ve got them all beat” said a proud Robert Twindburn (44), heir to the squeezy-tomato sauce patent fortune – which is pretty much the closest thing to aristocracy Australia gets.

As the rest of the world scrambles to dominate in the world of AI and microprocessors, Australia relaxes, completely un-fazed, confident that she is so far ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to tomato sauce that nothing else really matters.
