Recently Dumped Fitness Instructor Takes Anger Out On Class With Back To Back Bulgarian Split Squats

A fitness instructor going through a rather nasty breakup has decided to take his pain out on his class this morning, by making them all do back to back burpees and Bulgarian split squats, it’s reported.

Tom Ellis, the lead instructor at ‘Delts and Rigs’ was heard shouting at a large group of people to ‘get their knees to the bloody floor’ at roughly 6am this morning, before forcing them to do 50 burpees in a row – in what members are now calling an ‘unprecedented level of cruelty.’

This comes as Bulgarian split squats and burpees are known as two of the most hated exercises according to gym goers.

It is advised to never do the two together unless you really hate yourself.

Or in Tom’s case, when you hate the world.

It’s alleged the only person who was able to successfully complete the class without keeling over was a tiny Asian woman, who spends every morning walking for an hour on the stair master.
