In shocking news from the The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit, Dan Andrews has gone and done it.

The former Chairman Of The Soviet Republic of Victoria has effectively green lit the actions of a number of the world’s most oppressive regimes.

Joining the SCO, a Eurasian political, economic and international security organisation of ten member states, Chairman Dan has rocked the world by signing off on the behaviour of countries like North Korea and Russia.

The shocking move from the man responsible for making Victoria the Lockdown Capital of the world, comes after it was rumoured North Korea was about to announce its first ever democratic elections and open itself up to the world.

It’s also alleged that Russian President Vladimir Putin was about to end the war in Ukraine and step down as leader ahead of new free and fair elections later this year.

However, those big moves have now fallen through, after Dan Andrews decided to grant them a photo opportunity.

“Yeah, I was going to hand over the keys of power next month,” said Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in a rare exclusive interview with The Betoota Advocate.

“But meeting up with your Dictator Dan has convinced me otherwise. Talking to the former Chairman has convinced me that I’m actually doing the right thing and to stay the course.”

Vladimir Putin was contacted for comment, but simply offered a reporter a cup of tea without saying anything – which our reporter politely declined.
