The virtue signalling and motoring community are chortling this week after a wave of new stickers have been spotted across the country.

Starting off here in town, the HILARIOUS new stickers make light of the CEO of the Tesla company.

Spreading across Australia, the stickers have gone viral for pointing out that the owner of the vehicle purchased it way before the United States got involved in another horrific and bloody regional conflict.

The new stickers claim that; “I Bought This Tesla Before Elon Musk Became Trump’s Right Hand Man And The United States Facilitated A Rwandan Coup In The Congo Destroying Millions Of Lives To Ensure The Americans Wrestled Back Some Of The Precious Minerals From The Hands Of The Chinese Who Had Used Soft Power To Send Their Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Sector To The Moon”

They follow on from the original wave of “I Bought This Before Elon Went Crazy” stickers, which apparently let virtue signallers virtue signal that they don’t categorically agree with the CEO of a giant multinational company.

The trend made headlines, with people buying stickers seemingly under the impression that Elon Musk is the first ‘bad guy’ to ever run a company – as if the likes of Mercedes, BMW and Ford came from ethical foundations…

The new stickers however are being praised for providing a little more nuance to the debate around how connected giant brands are to the personalities of the people behind them, and whether consumers should attach their own personalities to them.

“Haha they are pretty funny hey,” laughed new sticker owner Alistair Wilson.

“Like I so didn’t know the US were going to get involved in the Congolese conflict for precious resources,” he said.

“So it’s just great to let people know that I fully don’t like support it and stuff.”
