COME ON! As new images emerge of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck posing together on the red carpet, the world’s most famous on again, off again couple since Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton are once again sparking hope that the third time really could be the charm.

The former flames were photographed gazing at each other with adoration at Lopez’s screening of ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’, where their chemistry was undeniable.

This marks the first time the pair have been spotted together publicly since finalising their divorce last year.

Lopez and Affleck first began dating on the film set of Gigli in 2001, and despite the movie’s reception, their romance soon became Hollywood gold, earning the nickname ‘Bennifer.’

The couple were engaged for two years before calling it quits in 2004.

Seventeen years later, in a plot twist straight out of a rom-com, the pair rekindled their relationship in 2021 following their respective divorces (Lopez from Marc Anthony, Affleck from Jennifer Garner).

They tied the knot in 2022, only to part ways again just two years later.

Now, with fresh photos hinting at lingering feelings, nostalgic millennials and hopeless romantics everywhere are begging the star crossed lovers to take away the sting of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s divorce, by giving the relationship one more shot.
