A local friendship group has been forced to take action today, after a rather shocking revelation from one member.

Enjoying a drink in the city after work, the group of mates were shocked to learn that one of their own is a Team Jeremiah girlie.

The member of the group in question is 26-year-old finance analyst Courtney Walsh, who apparently hopes that Belly ends up with the younger brother.

The stunning revelation comes as the hit show The Summer I Turned Pretty nears its thrilling conclusion.

Proving incredibly popular with multiple generations, the teenage drama centres around a love triangle involving two brothers.

While understandable that the young brother (Jeremiah) has plenty of issues from the living in the older brother’s shadow, the majority of sane people can agree that Conrad is the guy for Belly.

However, seemingly ignoring the fact that Belly and Conrad have both been in love with each other for ever, local woman Courtney Walsh apparently is pro-Jeremiah.

“Girl we need to talk,” said one of Courtney’s friends today.

“No way should Belly end up with Jeremiah.”

“I know you think he’s outgoing, present and available, but he’s way more sinister imo.”

“Like does he really love Belly, or is he just trying to beat Conrad.”

“Belly just feels like she should love him, and maybe that’s a pragmatic approach irl, but that’s not how it should be in the show.”
