Though sleep paralysis is a terrifying ordeal for anyone, it seems that the cold winter months have caused one woman’s imagination to run into overdrive, that’s reportedly ‘way worse than the time she started seeing shadow people when overdoing it with mdma.’

Grace Dawes, a nurse from Betoota Heights, says she’s been so spooked by her sleep paralysis that she’s now ‘too anxious’ to go to bed, citing that she’s visited by not one but TWO sleep demons every time her body enters REM mode.

“Every time I go to bed, I see them”, says Grace, looking defeated.

“The millennial couple wearing matching Oodies.”

Grace says that even though the couple mostly just stand at the end of her bed looking kind of smug, they sometimes they talk to her too.

“I keep asking what they want, but they never tell me. They just look at each other and laugh, and talk about their furbabies.”

“And the woman shows me how deep the pockets of her Oodie are.”
