A sharehouse located in the French Quarter has today uploaded a detailed advertisement for a room that has become available in the ‘stunning’ four bedroom home.

Housemates, Tia, Milly and Claire collaborated on the post which highlighted the benefits of joining their ‘little Brunswick family’. The room reportedly became available when former housemate Emily sadly left the sharehouse to ‘live her best life in London’.

“The house is in the heart of Brunswick just a short stroll from the 1 and 6 trams as well as tons of really cute bars and cafes! Your room is the smallest of the four but it has built-in wardrobes and gets beautiful afternoon sunlight!”

In what reads like a borderline Hinge profile description the girls shared a little bit about who the prospective tenant would be living with.

“Tia, hospo worker / aspiring DJ who loves a boogie and a bevvie”

“Milly, loves op shopping and cooking currently completing an undergraduate in veterinary science”

“Claire, studies fashion, likes going for runs and pilates. Also an aspiring DJ.”

After much deliberation about how to collectively describe the household, the girls felt like they hit the nail on the head.

“We all love having a cheeky glass (or a bottle) of wine together in the evenings but when our social batteries are low, we deeply value our alone time.”

Unfortunately for couples, furry friends, people under the age of 22, and people who don’t share ‘left leaning’ politics this sharehouse wouldn’t be a great fit for you.
