A local motorist from our town’s Betoota Heights district has today taken urgent action, to shore up his essential supplies.

Brayden Williams, a local town planner from our town’s double garage paradise, explained to The Advocate that he’s rushed down to his local fuel station today.

“Yeah, definitely time to fill the old girl up to the brim,” laughed Brayden, referencing his sturdy Prado.

“Both tanks right up to the gills, and every single jerry can I own.”

“Hell, I even bought a couple more jerry cans to fill up.”

“I’ll save money in the long run I reckon.”

Brayden says he’s cause for consternation stems from the dramatically escalating conflict in the Middle East and West Asia.

“Yeah fuck, it’s really teeing off,” he sighed.

“And when these things tee off, the price of fuel goes up.”

“I’ve had enough spins around the sun to know how these things work.”

“So I’m getting on the front foot this time around.”

Brayden then moved on quickly after the motorists queuing up behind him started tooting in impatience.
