An Ohio man is in a state of euphoria after finally uncovering why he had to sell his car in a city with no public transport or walkable neighborhoods.

Tyler Ranchwood (33), an American debt-slave working at an Amazon distribution centre, was last month thrown into a very American dilemma — whether to sell his only mode of transport or ignore the fact that he had a broken arm.

In a weak moment of cowardice, Tyler opted for selling his car, allowing him to gain enough funds to seek medical attention.

In a brief moment of reflection, Tyler pondered on the fact that people in countries viewed as much poorer than America, would never be forced into such a situation — he also wondered where his tax dollars were going, if they weren’t going towards his health.

Late last week, Tyler had his questions answered, as the United States dropped 13-ton bunker buster bombs on nuclear sites in Iran without Congressional approval or United Nations approval.

“Ah, makes sense now, all good!” Tyler said in response to the attack which has further delegitimised the United States as an upholder of the rule of law, in a move that seemingly only benefits the state of Israel.

The attack, against a country Tyler and the rest of his co-workers couldn’t point out on a map, was met with a huge applause at the Amazon distribution centre.

“Wow, really proud that this is where a chunk of the little money I earn is going!” said Javier Gomez (44) , another worker at the distribution centre.

Tyler is proud of his contribution to the Israeli cause and knows the money is going to a more important place.

“My arm will heal, I’ll eventually be able to buy a car again, but Israel’s bombing of its neighbors won’t stop unless we give them more money… it’s the right thing to do”
