US president Donald Trump this week put forward a new law that will now make it illegal for American made movies to feature Russians as villains, and has instead urged Hollywood studios to make them Ukrainian or Palestinian instead.

Speaking at a press conference at Mar-a-Lago yesterday afternoon, Trump said portraying Russians as the bad guys is “one of the greatest injustices in cinematic history” and that the Russians are “very beautiful, very strong people.”

“Folks, it’s been happening for decades” said Trump, to sea of reporters, “these Hollywood elites, these radical leftists – just terrible people, by the way – they’ve been lying, saying Russians are always the bad guys. “

Trump’s new law has already impacted major upcoming films, including the James Bond franchise, which is long known for its Russian antagonists.

“We’ve got Arabs and the muslims – you know, the Jihads. If democrats love their DEI so much, won’t they be happy, folks?

“You know, I hear that Zelensky is a bit of an actor? Maybe instead of starting World War 3 he could be in the next John Wick.”

“I tell you, everyone is going to love it.”

More to come.
