“They Missed A Piece” Says Man Building Ikea Table Who Trusts Himself Over Unorganised Swedes

A local man has once again fallen victim to the notoriously disorganised Ikea’s forgetful act of failing to include a vital piece in a table build, and not his inability to put together a fairly basic piece of furniture.

Mark Lucas (33) has always prided himself on getting things done without some lousy instruction manual, especially when it comes to Ikea.

On a recent expedition to the Swedish retailer, Mark decided he’d try his hand at building a fairly straightforward table. But after arriving home with his new purchase, disaster struck.

Once again, the unorganised Swedes had forgotten to include a very important piece of the table, forcing Mark to really improvise.

“I can’t believe they’ve done this to me again,” Mark said while jamming a drawer into the sliders.

“It’s definitely not me. I don’t know who’s packing these things, but it’s really a pain in the ass. I’m going to have to take this thing back if I can’t figure out a solution.”

Later that day, Mark located the missing piece under a mountain of scrunched-up, useless instruction manuals.

Mark has now retracted his statements about the furniture company.
