The embattled leader of the Opposition has today decided to pull out the big guns in a desperate effort to save her job.
With multiple leadership challengers circling, Sussan Ley has decided to call a few of her bffs over and try and wrestle back control of her life.
The politician tasked with trying to stop the bleeding in the Liberal Party, which is lurching further towards culture wars issues with every passing week, has reportedly convened an emergency Ouija board session at her house.
A Ouija board, or "talking board," is a flat surface marked with letters, numbers, and "yes/no" answers, used with a planchette to purportedly communicate with spirits, often regarded as a parlour game or tool for occult divination.
Played by many during their teenage years, the board game was particularly popular at sleepovers and smaller gatho's.
And Sussan Ley's trusty Ouija board is now coming out of retirement to try and get some spiritual intervention in regards to an AJ from the West.
"Yeah, the Angel Cards are coming out too," explained Sussan Ley in a passing interview with The Advocate.
"We need all the help we can get."
More to come.
