Situationship Quietly Becomes Official After Airport Pickup

It can today be reported that a six month situationship is bordering on a fully fledged relationship after a successful airport pickup.

The potential couple who matched on Hinge almost half a year ago, bonded over their shared interest of illegally torrenting and watching films on a projector at home together.

Josh Vella and Mia Devine spend 3 or 4 days out of the week together, are well acquainted with each other's housemates and even keep spare electric toothbrush charges at each other's homes.

Still the pair have not yet officially tied the knot.

As is the way with dating in modernity, absolute non committal is the benchmark.

The Advocate reached out to a dear mutual friend of the not a couple for comment on the situationship.

“They need to slap a label on whatever they’re doing, everyone knows 3 months is the rule.”

“It’s kind of cowardly what they’re doing, vaguely leaving the door open to maybe sleep with someone else even though they totally won’t.”

“I guess they’re just too similar, they both have deep and unhealthy commitment issues.”

After arriving home after a successful airport pickup, the not a couple joked about possibly going overseas together.

They spent the entire afternoon together, laughed some more about inside jokes they shared and continued their long standing tradition of never ever having a serious conversation about ‘what they are’?

More to come.
