King Charles has once again queried staff at Buckingham Palace, wondering if it would be possible to get some tinted windows on these rovers.
After yet another unflattering paparazzi photo of a royal in a car, the monarch is wondering if they can do something about this.
"How do they keep getting such bad photos of us? Surely we can get some tints on these things" said the 77 year old.
With his disgraced brother Prince Andrew the last monarch to have his bad car photo go viral, King Charles is determined to put an end to these gafs.
"Please for the love of god if you're going to get in the car at least make an effort to look half way presentable" King Charles reportedly said to his family group chat.
Palace aides are believed to be working on a legal argument for circumventing the UK's strict anti-window tint vehicle laws.
"This is a matter of monarchical survival" said one somber staffer."We don't know if we can survive another viral car seat photo"
Constitutional advisers are understood to be less enthusiastic, noting that centuries of royal visibility may be difficult to abandon because of some unflattering photos.
"I don't give a damn" King Charles reportedly responded to the critics in a leaked text.
"Royal visibility means nothing when all they get is bloodshot eyes and unkempt hair!"
In the meantime, the royal family has begun sitting slightly further back in the vehicle and making sure no one sits in the middle seat of the car.
