A shocking report has revealed the single biggest childhood cause for Australia's out of control cocaine epidemic: Wizz Fizz.

The new study, conducted by researchers at the University of Sydney, has found that millions of Australians were effectively groomed for the packet through years of exposure to sugary sherbet dust and novelty "plastic spoons".

“Kids were being handed small paper sachets full of white powder at birthday parties and told to make tiny bumps onto a small spoon" explained lead researcher Dr.Paige Thompson.

“It was only a matter of time before curiosity evolved into something more”

The report also highlighted the psycadelic artwork of men that clearly look high on the packaging of Wizz Fizz in the early 2000s.

According to the data, Australians who consumed Wizz Fizz sachets between the ages of five and ten are 64% more likely to later develop an interest in Sydney’s nightlife scene and purchasing bags.

“Honestly, the signs were there” said Dr. Thompson.

“We raised an entire generation that associates white powder with fun, sugar highs, and temporary social confidence.”

The report concludes that unless immediate action is taken, future generations may fall victim to similar “gateway lollies” with Sherbet Bombs and Musk Sticks currently under review by health authorities.

“Wizz Fizz walked so cocaine  could run" ”the study warned.
