Anyone who has the opportunity to pass through Toowoomba in their travels, should.

Especially over the next couple weeks.

That's according to a recent report from the region's leading lifestyle and hobbyist group GOODDTIMES (Gardening Obsessed Oldies in the Darling Downs, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Milmerran, Esk and Stanthorpe).

The gardeners of South-West Queensland have confirmed that Toowoomba's looking as good as it's ever looked.

In fact, it's absolutely popping this Spring.

With a perfect geographical location and climate for gardens to flourish, the 77-year-old Flower Carnival is one of the great unsung attractions of regional Australian tourism.

With 'Spring Adventures' as this year's theme - T-bar is awash with vibrant floral colours - as anyone who knows anything about flowers descends upon the city.

With a floral parade that attracts over 75,000 attendees - this is the Rocky Beef Week of flowers.

Toowoomba's Carnival Of Flowers, also known as TCOF!!! is a three week affair - with over 150 different flower-related events taking place throughout the week.

And with 24 pubs in town, TCOF is an absolute must for the thinking Queenslander.

And if you're heading west over the range, or heading east to Brissy, you've got rocks in your head if you don't pull in for a squiz.
